1.DLCD Screen:Display working status.

2. USB-C Output Port:Support PD protocol(Max.60W).

3.DC5521 Input Port:Support solar/car/adapter charging,10~30V(Max.90W).

4.DC5521 Output Port:12V=3A(Max.36W).

5.USB-A Port x2:Support QC 3.0 protocol(Max.18W)

6. DC Switch Button:Long press to turn on the USB/DC5521 output,short press to turn off all DC outputs.

7.AC Switch Button:Long press to turn on 300W/500W AC output,short press to turn off all AC output.

8.AC Output Port:AC 300W/500W(surge 600W/1200W)output interface.

9. LED Light Bar:LED emergency lightbar(2W),providing 4 lighting modes.

10.LED Switch Button:Long press to turn on the LED light.The default mode is30%brightness,short press the 1st time to switch to 60% brightness,the 2nd time to switch to 100% brightness,the 3rd time to switch to SOS mode,the 4th time to switch to strobe modes,5th time off.In any mode,long press to turn off the LED light.

11.AC Input Port:Please use the AC charging cable in the package to connect a 100V-240V 50Hz/60Hz AC power source to charge the portable power station.

LCD Screen Display

1.Battery indicator Ring:Each block represents 10% capacity,and the battery indicator will automatically light off after 5-15 seconds after the power is turned off.(The automatic light-off time of different batches may be different,which does not affect the normal use). In the power off condition,short press any button to quickly check the battery level

2.Power Percentage:Indicates the current remaining battery percentage

3.AC Output Frequency:Display the current AC output frequency.

4.Input/Output Power:Displays the current total output/input power.It will show whichever is greater between the output and input power.

5.Output Indicator:Lights up when any output interface is active

6.USB Output Indicator:Lights up when DC is active and USB-A and USB-C outputs are activated.

7.AC Output Indicator:Lights up when AC outputs are activated.

8.DC Output Indicator:Lights up when the DC output is active,including USB-A,USB-C,and DC5521 outputs

9.PD Output Indicator:Lights up when the USB-C output is active.

10.Input indicator:Lights up when the portable power station detects any input current,including AC/solar/car charging

11.Current Input/Output Remaining Time:Displays the estimated remaining discharge/charge time for the current output/input.It will show whichever is greater between the output and input.

12.Time Unit indicator:Displays the unit of the estimated remaining time for the current charge/discharge.

13.Alarm indicator:Lights up when the portable power station encounters malfunction.Including low battery level/overheating/low temp/short circuit/internal failure and other conditions.Please troubleshoot or contact customer service.

14.LED Light Indicator:Lights up when LED light bar is working.

FAQ

Q:What should l do if there is a malfunction?

A:Please contact customer service for troubleshooting.Do not disassemble the machine by yourself.

Q:When the AC output is on,the AC outlet is not connected to the external devices,will it drain battery power in this situation?

A:When the AC output is turmed on,the inverter will be started,and there is a no-load power consumption less than 10W.When the power station is not in use,please close each output interface to prevent battery power drained out.

Q:After fully charge the power station and storing it for a long time without use,how long will the battery drop to 0%?

A:When is not in use,there is almost no natural discharge(tuming off allswitches).fit is stored for along time after being fully charged,it can still remain more than 80%ofthe power after 3months.For emergency use,please check the remaining power at least every 3 months.

Q:When using the AC output,there is obvious noise,is it a malfunction?

A:It is not a malfunction.This is the sound of the cooling fan running.The fan disipates the internalheat and keeps the battery working in a good temperature environment.

Q:Can this power station be brought on the plane?

A:Cannot be caried on aircraft or shipped by air.

Q:After using it for the first time or using a period of time,the remaining battery power displayed on the LED screen is different from the actual remaining battery power.Or the battery is draining too fast.

A:The remaining power displayed on the LED screen may differ from the actual remaining power after the first use or after a period of long term use.If this happens,don't wory.This is because the BMS goes into learning mode.After the first use or use for a long period of time,the battery pack needs to befully charged and discharged twice,so that the BMS can re-leam and correct the battery power level.We are working hard to improve the accuracy of the displayed data.

Specific operation steps·

Use(fully discharge)the power station to 0%.Then charging the battery to 100% and leaving it for 3 hours or more,and fully discharging again.(Repeat the above discharge and charge operations twice)lf the problem persists,please contact customer service.

Q:Can it be charged while in use?

A:Yes,you can use the STAR to charge devices while it is being recharged at the same time.
